Additionally, we offer extra services such as cleaning inside the fridge and oven, which can be selected on the booking form.

Our pricing is determined by the square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Simply input these details, and the price will be instantly displayed on our website.

Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies. However, if you have any specific requests, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Pricing & Policies

Absolutely! Just input your coupon or gift card code into the booking form while creating your appointment. Your final price will automatically adjust to reflect your coupon balance. You can also check your gift card balance anytime by logging into your account.

In most cases, you can directly enter your coupon code on the booking form. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us for assistance.

If our cleaning doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll return to address any concerns. We’ll continue to take additional steps until you’re completely satisfied with our service.

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please inform us. We’ll dispatch a team to rectify the situation. If, after the re-clean, you’re still unsatisfied, we offer a full refund.

You can cancel your appointment anytime at no charge, provided it’s done more than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. However, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or instances where we are unable to access the premises upon arrival will incur a $100 charge.
